Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Corridors

Dear Client,

We hope you are safe and well. Please find below important information regarding our implementations to the UK Governments COVID-19 Travel Corridors policy.

As a valued client, we understand that you rely on us for your not only your comfort during treatment but also with your safety and health during visits to the spa. This is a relationship and commitment that we take very seriously.

We believe that complete transparency is essential to fostering good relationships and ensuring trust.

The UK government’s continual updates regarding the Travel Corridors have made it necessary for us to simplify the process and make the following blanket changes to ensure clear communication and the continued safety of our Staff and clients.

• We will be unable to allow clients onsite who have been travelling outside the UK within 14 days of their appointment.
• We ask those clients to contact us to rearrange their appointments for a later date.

Whilst we regret any inconvenience this may cause, the safety of our staff and client’s is, and will continue to be our highest priority.

In accordance with up-to-date Government and PHE guidance Alchemy and I has taken precautions to protect our clients and staff. These include rigorous sanitation procedures. We also request that any symptomatic clients follow NHS guidance on self-isolation and refrain from visiting us. Despite this, there is a risk of transmission of COVID-19 and it is important that you are aware of the risk.

A few changes: you can expect disposable masks, towels, and gowns; our stylist will be wearing visors/masks and gloves during your appointment ; as well as individual sanitation station for your use.

We are so excited to welcome you back and even though it may not be with our usual cocktails and bubbles., we can guarantee you will get a smile and the hair you’ve all been waiting for.

*PPE equipment will incur a small surcharge. This is clearly displayed in the salon.
