✨ Hi, I’m Alex — Apprentice at Alchemy Berkhamsted

I’m currently retraining as a Level 2 Apprentice Hairdresser and working towards my NVQ qualification. I’ve completely fallen in love with the creative process of hair — from cutting and styling to learning about texture, colour theory, and all the techniques that bring beautiful hair to life.

For me, hair is such a powerful form of personal expression, and I’m really enjoying developing my skills while learning from the incredibly talented team here at Alchemy. Being surrounded by such high standards of work and amazing educators has been hugely inspiring.

One of the highlights of my journey so far was attending the Alternative Hair Show, which completely opened my eyes to the creativity and opportunity within the industry.
