✨ Hi, I’m Charlotte — Creative Stylist at Alchemy Berkhamsted

I’ve been in the hair industry for decades, and my journey began at the London College of Fashion, followed by advanced training with Sassoon, which helped shape the strong technical foundation I bring to my work today.

I specialise in precision cutting, bespoke colour, and elegant up-styling. I also have a particular passion for Afro and curly hair, including relaxing, shaping, and working with natural texture to create styles that truly suit each individual.

Before joining Alchemy, I owned and ran my own salon for 17 years, which gave me invaluable experience in both the craft of hairdressing and creating a welcoming salon experience for clients. I’m also Redken Colour Certified and hold several City & Guilds qualifications across hairdressing, barbering, beauty, and assessing.

For me, every appointment is about combining technical expertise with a calm, thoughtful approach to achieve beautifully tailored results.
