A letter from Haylee Owner, Alchemy & I

Dear Clients,

I wanted to send a personal note to say thank you.

The last few weeks have been a huge undertaking as we have transformed our Richmond salon, and I know that for our Richmond clients in particular, having your appointments temporarily at St Margarets has meant some disruption.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and continued support while we have made it happen.

I am incredibly excited to say that Richmond is now re-open, and with this transformation comes the beginning of our next chapter.

David Masters Salons will now become Alchemy & I, with our Richmond salon now known as Alchemy & I Richmond, and St Margarets following in the next few weeks as Alchemy & I St Margarets.

For me, this isn't about forgetting the history of David Masters. It is about taking everything that has made these salons so special and investing in their future.

When you walk through the doors at Richmond, I hope you will see that the salon has entered an exciting new chapter. The surroundings and name may be new, but at the heart of the salon is still the same amazing team you know and trust, alongside some brilliant new talented stylists joining us as we continue to grow.

Seeing the doors open and our team working in the new space for the first time has been a really special moment for me. We have put so much thought into every detail, and I genuinely hope you feel that when you visit us.

I also want to say a particularly big thank you to our amazing team. They have embraced an enormous amount of change, worked across both salons, supported one another and continued to look after our clients throughout it all. I couldn't be more grateful to them.

And to our contractors and everyone who has worked behind the scenes - thank you. There have been some very long days and late nights, and everyone has worked tirelessly to create something really special on Richmond Road.

St Margarets is next, and I cannot wait to see both salons together as Alchemy & I.

This is about investing in our salons, investing in our people and creating somewhere that both our team and our clients are genuinely proud to be part of.
